Everything nobody told you.
In four evenings.
A live, 4-week workshop with a registered nurse — the science, the symptoms, the treatment options, practical ways to feel better, and the exact words to use in your doctor’s office. Alongside a small group of women who get it. Because nobody warned you. That ends now.
4 live sessions · 90 minutes each · small group · full workbook · Dina Bright Yosef, RN, BSN
Save My SpotLimited-time cohort — small by design
For the woman who’s done piecing it together alone
You’ve read the articles. Followed the accounts. Maybe had the appointment that went nowhere. What you have is fragments — a fact about hot flashes here, a scary headline about hormones there — and no one has ever sat you down and given you the whole picture, in order, from someone qualified to teach it.
That’s what these four weeks are. Not a support group (though you’ll be supported). Not a lecture series (though you’ll learn more than you have in years). A working workshop: education, honest conversation, and a plan you build week by week — alongside women who will nod at the parts you thought were just you.
What we cover, week by week
Week 1
Wait, Is This Perimenopause?
Orientation to the transition nobody explains: what’s actually happening hormonally, the full symptom picture (far bigger than hot flashes), why your labs can be “normal” while you feel anything but — and why none of this is in your head.
Week 2
The Heat, the Fog & the 3 A.M. Wake-Up
Hot flashes, night sweats, and broken sleep — what drives them and what actually works. Then the part nobody warned you lives in your brain: the fog, the anxiety from nowhere, the rage, the tears. The biology behind all of it, and the tools that help.
Week 3
Your Body, Your Options
Your heart, bones, and metabolism — the long game you deserve to understand now, not in ten years. The below-the-belt symptoms nobody mentions and everybody has. And hormone therapy: the real, current evidence — not the 2002 story that scared a generation of women away from treatment.
Week 4
Food, Movement & Your Plan Forward
Why the old approach stopped working (biology, not willpower), what your body needs now, and pulling it all together: your priorities, the practical tools that help you most, and your next steps — so you leave with a clearer understanding of your body and confidence about what comes next.
More than four evenings
- 4 live 90-minute sessions — real time with a nurse, not recordings of one
- A participant workbook of worksheets — trackers, inventories, and reflection exercises to use as we go
- Take-home guides — including Sleep Through the Sweat, the Understanding Hormone Therapy in 2026 handout, and the lab reference guide (so “get your labs checked” comes with the actual list)
- A provider-conversation toolkit — the questions to ask, the tests to request, and what to say when you hear “your labs are normal”
- A small group of women who get it — confidential, honest, and often the part graduates say mattered most
- Certificate of completion — Nobody warned her. Now she knows.
How it runs
Live on Zoom, 90 minutes weekly, evenings Israel time (morning–midday US East Coast — the calendar shows your zone). Sessions are live-only and not recorded: this group works because women speak honestly, and honesty needs a closed door. Miss a week? You’ll have the worksheets from that session, and I’ll help you catch up before the next one.
Cohort dates: announced soon — join the waitlist below and you’ll hear first.
Your guide: Dina Bright Yosef, RN, BSN — Registered Nurse, menopause-trained nurse educator, 20 years in women’s health, and a woman living this transition herself. “I built this program because I needed it and it didn’t exist.” About Dina →
