About working with Dina

Are you a doctor?
No — and I’ll never pretend otherwise. I’m a Registered Nurse (RN, BSN) with professional menopause training, four years in Labor & Delivery, and a day job auditing clinical documentation. I don’t diagnose, prescribe, or treat. I educate, decode, and prepare you to get the most out of the people who do prescribe. Many clients say that’s the piece that was missing.
Is this therapy?
No. I care deeply about the emotional side of this transition, and having someone who understands it in your corner is part of what I offer — but this isn’t a substitute for mental health care. If something would be better handled by a doctor or therapist, I’ll always say so, with care.
Do I need a diagnosis or labs to start?
Neither. Your symptom story is where we start; labs join the picture if and when you have them.
Which offer should I choose?
Want a private space to make sense of what’s happening → Clarity Session. Want the full picture and love learning with others → the 4-Week Workshop. Already worked with me and want ongoing support → Continuing Navigation. Truly unsure → take the quiz, or just book the Clarity Session; I’ll route you honestly from there.

Logistics

Where are sessions held?
Virtually (Zoom), for women in Israel and the USA. Israeli evenings align with US East Coast mornings — the booking calendar shows your time zone automatically.
How do I pay?
PayPal for international clients, Paybox within Israel. Details arrive with your booking confirmation. Your spot is confirmed on payment.
What’s your cancellation policy?
My practice runs alongside a full-time clinical role, so my session time is genuinely limited — and protected. You may reschedule once, without penalty, up to 48 hours before your session. Inside 48 hours, or for a second reschedule, the session fee applies.
Do you offer refunds?
Rescheduling is always available under the policy above. Once a session has taken place, it’s non-refundable — if something didn’t sit right, talk to me directly and we’ll address it like adults. Digital products and downloads are non-refundable.

The bigger questions

My doctor said my labs are normal. Doesn’t that settle it?
No — and this might be the most important answer on this page. The international standard for staging perimenopause relies primarily on your symptom pattern and menstrual history, not a single hormone level. Hormones fluctuate too much in this transition for one blood draw to tell the story. “Normal” labs and real symptoms coexist constantly. Your symptoms are valid clinical information.
Isn’t hormone therapy dangerous?
You were told a 2002 story. The science has moved substantially since, including updated FDA labeling — and modern evidence looks very different from those headlines. I don’t push hormone therapy and I don’t push against it: I make sure you understand the current evidence so the decision is genuinely yours, made with your provider.
Can’t I find all this online for free?
You can find endless information online — most women already have, at midnight, more scared than when they started. Information was never really the bottleneck. What helps is someone who can make sense of it for your body, help you feel better, and walk alongside you.
