Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

1. Who I am and what this is

This website and its services are the coaching and education practice of Dina Bright Yosef, RN, BSN — Menopause Navigator & Consultant — providing virtual health education, guidance, and navigation support to clients in Israel and the United States.

2. Scope of services

Services provided are educational and coaching in nature. Dina Bright Yosef is a Registered Nurse but does not act as your treating clinician within these services. Nothing offered — in sessions, programs, materials, emails, or on this website — constitutes medical diagnosis, treatment, prescription, or a nurse–patient treatment relationship. Clients are expected to maintain their own healthcare providers, and all medical decisions belong to the client in consultation with those providers. If information here ever conflicts with your provider’s guidance, your provider wins.

3. Not for emergencies

These services are not crisis care. For medical or mental health emergencies, contact your local emergency services (100/101 in Israel; 911 in the US) or crisis lines (988 in the US).

4. Booking, payment, cancellation

Payment is via PayPal (international) or Paybox (Israel), due as specified at booking; a spot is confirmed on payment. One reschedule is permitted without penalty up to 48 hours before a session; within 48 hours, or for repeat reschedules, the session fee applies. Completed sessions are non-refundable. Digital products are non-refundable. Group program fees are refundable up to 7 days before the first session; after the program begins, fees are non-refundable.

5. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide honest, complete health information on intake, and you understand that all recommendations are educational and implemented at your own discretion.

6. Intellectual property

All materials — workbooks, guides, trackers, session content — are © Dina Bright Yosef and licensed for your personal use only. No sharing, reselling, or reproduction.

7. Confidentiality

What you share stays private, with the standard exceptions any nurse must honor: risk of serious harm to yourself or others, or where disclosure is required by law.

8. Group program conduct

Live sessions are not recorded, by anyone. What’s shared in the group stays in the group. Participants who compromise the group’s safety may be removed, with a proportionate refund of unused sessions.

9. Limitation of liability & governing law

In plain terms: these services are educational and supportive, and you take part at your own discretion. If any dispute ever arises, my responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service involved. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.

This is a plain-language version written to be clear and readable. Have a qualified attorney review it for your specific situation before relying on it.
