What I collect
What you give me: your name, email, intake and quiz responses, session notes, and payment confirmations. Payment card details are never seen or stored by me — PayPal and Paybox process those on their own systems.
Why I collect it
To deliver services, prepare for your sessions, send what you asked for (quiz results, downloads, the Nurse Note), and improve the practice.
Health information deserves a special word
Intake and session information is sensitive by nature. It is stored securely, never sold, never shared without your explicit written consent, and used solely to provide your care navigation.
You can unsubscribe from the Nurse Note at any time using the link in every email. Transactional emails (booking confirmations, session summaries) continue as needed to deliver the service.
Third-party processors
This practice uses Calendly (booking), PayPal and Paybox (payment), and an email service provider (mailing list), each governed by its own privacy policy.
Your rights
Ask what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it — write to me and I will.
Cookies
This site uses minimal cookies — only what’s needed for embedded booking and any analytics in use. No advertising cookies.
